PURESTRETCH

Purestretch is a fun flexibility class for all fitness levels, designed to get you moving and stretching!

Barre Fitness is a 50 minute full body workout combining ballet and dance inspired movement with elements of pilates and yoga.

Barre Fitness is low impact yet high intensity and is a wonderful way to improve core strength, muscle tone, posture and flexibility.


PILATES

Pilates is a low intensity, full body workout that coordinates movement and breath to improve muscle tone, flexibility, core strength and posture through functional movement.

ADULT TAP DANCE

Adult Tap Dance class is a fun, relaxed class for those who have basic tap dance experience.  

"DRUM IT" DRUM FITNESS

A fun filled fitness class, using drumsticks to drum to the beat while you get the body moving. Low impact and a great way to improve your fitness, co-ordination and rhythm!
